  Hi, I was wanting to add a pop up screen to my home page so that I can ask viewers to sign up for our newsletter, is that possible?

  You could try using a ‘follow’ short code after every post. It’s what i’m doing now but will also like to have a pop up. https://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscription-shortcode/
