Add a post is messed up and I can't post a photo.

  My dashboard doesn’t look right and I can’t upload a photo and post it.
  The icons look wrong and only the top half shows. There are 3 Posts, 3 Upgrades, etc. The little circles by PUBLISH and Save Draft are going around and pressing PUBLISH results in it saying it is published, but View Post shows “Whoops, it can’t be found.” I have tried pressing Move to Trash, but that doesn’t help either.
  My last post a week ago worked fine, as did all previous posts. Help.

  This ended up being a browser problem with Firefox. I cleared out the cookies and WordPress works fine now.
