Add a post to a new page

  I already have one post on one of the new pages that I made. How do I add another post after that one on the same page. Is there a way to choose the page that a post goes on?

  (2) assigning a front page and a posts page
  -> Dashboard -> Options -> Reading -> Reading Options ->
  Fill in the field to reflect your preferences
  Front page displays:
  Your latest posts
  A static page (select below)
  * Front page:
  * Posts page:
  -> Update options
