Add a registration page

  I am creating a webpage for my family reunion. I need to add the registration page and it need a submit button so get the page in my email once completed. HELP!

  Hi,

  Would the Contact Form suffice? It may be inserted into a page, post, text widget, etc.

  need a submit button so get the page in my email once completed

  I hadn’t noticed previously that your Registration page contains what seems to be a contact form, with a submit button at the bottom of it. Have you resolved the issue?
