Add a registration page

  I am creating a webpage for my family reunion. I need to add the registration page and it need a submit button so get the page in my email once completed. HELP!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  You can set that up with a contact form. The form can be added to a page, “Register” or any other title you choose. Or, you can embed it in a post.

  My suggestion is to create a new page. Go to My Sites – Pages
  Then add the contact form to that page, and configure the settings so that the submissions come in to your email.

  Write back if you have any trouble getting that set up.
