Add a self hosted blog to wordpress.com dashboard

I have a wordpress.com account, I have been able to add another self hosted blog to this account, I’d like to add a third but can’t work out how. Can anyone help?
I know I’m being dumb but I can’t work it out! Thanks

The only reason a self-hosted blog appears here in your account at wordpress.COM is because you are using your API key for that account for the blog stats plugin for the self-hosted blog.
It does NOT mean that the blog is controlled from the .COM account, or that it is included in the global tags pages or anything like that. It is still separate and NOT connnected.
