    Hi there,

    Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to sites that are hosted elsewhere and running on the free software available at WordPress.org. (If you’re unsure on the differences between the two types of WordPress then this guide gives a good overview.)
