Add a widget to the other widgets on the sidebar

  I’m trying to add a new widget to the right side bars under Categories and Archives. I’m using the Oulipo theme and the Categories and Archives came with it. I was trying to add a new widget, Tags. So I went into Appearance > Widgets > Add to sidebar1. And then Save. When I check only the Tags appeared but the other 2 disappeared. Am I missing something? That is, not clicking something else?

  What you see at first is the theme’s default set of widgets. If you add something, then that default set goes away. You’ll need to add them back if you want them.
