Add ability to send an attachment with contact form

  Hi

  You have a contact form but it does not have the option for a person to attach a document and send that with the contact form. It is a simple enough function – why doesn’t the standard form include this?

  You can’t add plugins which do this, but you already have a basic form plug-in. Will you add a function to add an attachment to a comment form?

  your free wordpress.com site does not supply this option.

  you would need to upgrade or if you have a self-hosted site, could then add a plug-in like Contact Form 7 to your site and have this function.

  until then offer an email for your readers to to click on and from there they can add an attachment.
