Add ability to show featured image in all posts list

  In wp-admin, it would be great to be able to see the featured image as a column of the all posts list.

  There seem to be plugins that enable wordpress.org software users to do that, so maybe thats where the code might be used from.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
