  Hello, I am reaching out as the admin of the site. I have a user who wants to add an extra site to the current site. However when we go to add the extra site it is asking for us to purchase an additional one. is this included or no?

  Are you talking about here at the host WordPress.com? Here you can add as many free sites with an address ending in .wordpress.com as you need. But if you want one or more sites with a custom domain address then you’ll need to buy a plan for each of them.
