We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. The two are different and have different support forums http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

P.S. Know that you cannot add anyone as an Admin to any blog that has yet to be registered. So far there is a username account here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/rayakarta but I don’t see a blog URL and rayakarta.wordpress.com doesn’t exist.

Thank you. Please see here for how to link your username to that blog so we can locate it instantly in the future http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2007/10/06/link-your-username-to-your-blog/
Know that creating more than one Admin is NOT recommended. The best of buddies can turn into arch-enemies overnight and both can delete the whole blog – nothing is off limits. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator
You can have either a public or a private blog and there is no limitation on the total number of contributors to any blog. If you’d like to invite others to publish posts or help approve comments on your blog, you can invite them to be a Contributor, Editor, or Author. If you want users to receive updates each time you publish new content you can invite them to be a follower/viewer.
To change blog visibility to private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3 . See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
Then see here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ and here http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/They need to register username accounts but do not need to register blogs. They will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If they are logged into their WordPress.com account, they will be taken directly to your blog. If not, they will be taken to the log-in screen, where they can either log in or create a new user account.
Note that users who create a new WordPress.com account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so.
The limit is sending out 10 invitations at any point in time. It’s a spammer prevention limit. So simply wait and then send out 10 more.

ok thank you I’m pretty sure my finance won’t turn into an enemy lol. But i will take note to contributors have limited access.
