add an admin

Hello,
I am trying to help a friend start their new WordPress site. She wants to add me as an admin, and has successfully sent an invite to two of my email addresses, but both of those emails are connected to MY old WordPress accounts and isn’t letting me accept the invitation.
How can I become an admin for her? is it possible? I have logged in with her info so I can walk through steps with her, but I think it would be better if I was logged in separately.

You should be able to access multiple WordPress.com sites using the same email/username.
After you’ve tried to accept the invitation, look for the My Blogs section in your WordPress dashboard and see if you see your friend’s site listed.
You can find out how to find the My Blogs section on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/
By default, you will see your own site first when you log in, but the other site should be in that list.

It always says “choose a different email address. This one is not available. If this is you, log in….
When I do, I don’t find her blog in my blogs. But I will try again. -
Are you sure your friend’s site is a WordPress.com site (and not a self-hosted WordPress site?)
You’ve probably already done these steps, but here’s a link with some notes about adding new users to a site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
As that link notes, you can add someone via email address or username. Perhaps you could try having her add you as your username, which would be kellynphoto.
