Add an alphabet listing plugin

I’d like to add an Alphabet Listing Plugin to my blog. Is it possible with current theme “Bueno”? I don’t fond any “add plugin” in tje dashboard. Do I have to upgrade my account?

Sorry but that’s not possible. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes.
If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. -
You can hand code a Page with your Posts listed by Alpha –
if you have a small site not too bad – if the site is large then setting things up sort of sucks
