'add an image icon' doesn't seem to be working

  When I try to upload images to my post, I click on the ‘add an image’ icon, but nothing happens. It doesn’t take me to the ‘upload files’ page or anything. But when I go into my Media Library, the pictures are there and they say ‘attached’ to the post, but I can’t see them on the actual post or when I go to preview the post. I only see the writing. Can you help me?

  Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?
