Add an Image icon is missing

Hello,
I can’t seem to upload an image from a website onto my blog. As I’m writing my post, I usually see a series of icons (ie- add a picture, add a video, etc.).
Now, I have one that says add media, but when I try to bring a picture in from another site (say, Wikimedia Commons), it doesn’t work.
Anyone know what happened to the Add an Image icon? Or why I can’t upload photos?

I have likewise noticed some changes going on too like the addition of a form and disappearance of the image icon. I just clicked that icon that replaced the old one and proceeded.

I think that works if you’re uploading a picture you have saved on your computer, but not using a picture from another website.

That’s possible. I uploaded two from my computer. I assume that as icons are changing and another feature for a form seems to have been added Staff are making changes. Maybe the best thing to do it wait. If you don’t want to do that you can contact Staff. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
