add an image option not working

  today several time i have been trying upload an image from other web site as usual method but……i am clinking n clicking add an image icon but its not response, logout and login again n again but this button is sleeping…..?????

  Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

  Please post the complete URL for the blog in question starting with http://

  Which browser and version of it are you using?
  Have you tried this? > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  What is your operating system?
  Have you had any recent updates to it?
  Have you had any security program and/or firewall updates?

  Have you changed the way in which you access the interent and wordpress.com?
