Add an internet link to the title of an article

    Hello!
    I would like to know if it is possible to add an internet link to the title of an article. The purpose would be that, when clicking on the title, the reader is directly transfered to another page/website.
    If it is not possible, can I simply disconnect the link of the title (of the article) to ensure that nothing happens when clicking on it?
    I hope my questions are clear enough…. (english is not my mothertong)
