Add and Infolinks in free and domain blog

I read your terms and condition, we can not use banner add, but can we use publisher add like infolinks, and some of affiliate program links like amazon, bigrock etc. in free wordpress blog. If not,then please confirm me that I buy domain name, will it be possible than.

Affiliate marketing blogs are not allowed. The main purpose of the blog cannot be driving traffic to other sites.
WordPress.com now allows us to insert text affiliate links within post and page content, as long as they are within the context of the post or page. These can link to Amazon or other third-party affiliate programs.
Image affiliate links, and any affiliate links in widget areas, are still considered to be ads and are not allowed on WordPress.com. If you want to run ads on your blogs, see the WordAds program: http://wordads.co
