Add and Remove Categories from Menu automatically

  I have my main menu set to categories. Is there a way for me to have it automatically add and remove categories from the menu when I edit post categories in the Dashboard?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No I’m sorry there is not. As you can see on the Custom Menu page you can checkmark to have top-level Pages automatically added only – not Categories.
