  hello everybody,

  I want to translate my blog in spanisch, but the theme CAROLINE hasn’t the option.
  So I thourght about opening another blog, rebuild the already existing blog and make it in spanish.
  in the menu you would have a botton “spanish” which links to the new, translated blog.

  the problem are my files. with this solution I have to upload fotos and music to both of the blogs.

  my question is: isn’t there a possibility to use the files from my already existing blog for another blog as well?

  I hope you get the idea and have any ideas for me.

  Hi. There’s no theme called Caroline so I guess you mean Coraline :-)

  You can certainly use the photos and music from the other blog. You just need to take note of each image’s URL (they usually start by YOUR_BLOG.files.wordpress.com/yyyy/mm/…)

  Another possibility might be to export your blog’s content (under Tools), import it to your new blog without the attachment option. Then you’d edit each post and translate. You may want to set your entire 2nd blog to private before you are finished.
