  Dear,

  I would like to add another user to this account.
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  He was the owner of this wordpress page but his email (email visible only to moderators and staff) is nog longer accessible.
  (How) can I do this?

  From your Dashboard go to Users>All Users and click on “Add New User,” you can send an invitation using this function.

  You can also choose the posting level of the other person Admin/Editor/Author/Contributor.
