Add Audio Playlist has gone missing

  I have created audio playlists in the past, but that option has gone missing.
  I am a personal plan user on wordpress.com. I upgraded to personal for the playlist feature. If you cannot advise how to do playlists now, I would like to discover how to downgrade again and get my annual fee back. Thank you very much.

  Problem resolved. Lack of documentation caused me to suspect a problem, but by trial and error I figured out how to work it.
