Add black border around certain text

  Hi,

  My website dev has abonadoned me and I need to make a couple of changes, he has used the Divi child theme
  my website – http://www.stevespcrepairs.com.au

  I need a black border around the text over the picture on each page e.g. on the homepage around
  Computer Repairs Adelaide
  Hardware & Software Issues, Windows & Mac Computers, Upgrades & More

  Also any idea how I can change the horrible green colour? I have managed to change the colour of the second line of text successfully but the first line doesnt give my the option to change anything in the Divi builder.

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
