Add Blog Post Not Working

  Help, please! I am unable to add blog posts to my blog. The page will not come up at all.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  Please follow below instructions:-

  By default, your posts would display on the front page of the site, but the static page changes that.

  Now, you’ll need to assign your posts their own page for publication. Then, you’ll link that blog page in to your site menu.

  Here are the step-by-step instructions to get you through this.

  1. Static home page / blog page

  Set the Homepage

  2. Editing the menu

  Menus

  Hi @anaturalhorse I see you wrote about this some time ago https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/unable-to-access-add-blog-post/ but your question went without reply. Sorry about that.

  For a start, please try logging out of WordPressdotcom, clearing your browser cache and cookies (which will also log you out of any other website you are logged in on) and then shutting down your browser entirely. Then open and log back into WordPressdotcom. If you are using browser extensions, try turning them off and then re-enable them one by one to see if one of them is blocking your access. Alternatively, try using a different browser to the one you normally use or using a private or incognito browser window.

  If none of those suggestions work, please let us know what browser and OS you are using.

  Let us know how that goes.

  @trupti25- you are missing the question asked. Linking to unrelated support guides won’t help the user resolve their issue.

But for yourself and the users you are trying to help, you might want to consider taking a step back for a few days and watch Staff or more experienced forum volunteers to see how they approach answering an issue.
