How can I add "blog" to my domain name?

  I already paid the $17 to upgrade from carpetcleaningmichiana.wordpress.com to carpetcleaningmichiana.com! I forgot to add the word “blog” to this? Is it too late or can I still add? If I need to pay another fee, what would it be?

  Thanks for the help! I’ve since set this up…I sent another question saying the new domain does NOT work…but I apologize it does work…Not sure how to delete my most recent “private” question to support. Again I’m sorry I jumped the gun…but my new domain DOES work!
