Add category description when browsing category archive?

  Each category of my blog has a description, but it is only shown as mouse hover text. When viewing the archive for any category, is there some way to show the description of that category?

  I’m sorry there is not. This type of information would need to be added to the theme, which we don’t allow users to do.

  Oh well, thanks for the response. Maybe there is a way to hack something together from the CSS, or as a Javascript widget?

  Javascript isn’t allowed here at .COM due to security concerns, and that isn’t something you could add with CSS.
