  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, allow CDbaby as a safe plugin! WordPress has made great strides to accommodate musicians, but you’re missing out if you block CDbaby. They’re ruling the indie music industry right now.

  Hi Anna.

  I’ve added your request for WordPress.com to support CDbaby embeds to our internal ideas tracker. We’ll add future requests from other people there also, and monitor how in demand embeds for CDbaby are. :)

  In the meantime, you’re able to create a custom menu and add a link directly to CDbaby from there:

  Menus

  Additionally, you’re able to embed music directly from SoundCloud and Audiomack.

  Yes, please guys. CDBaby didn’t just pop out of the ground last month or anything, they are a legit business and as as @trimband says it would be a good move for WordPress.com as currently many bands need to look elsewhere.
