  https://wordpress.org/plugins/chimpmate/installation/

  Need to have a newsletter sign up space on the website.
  Since MailChimp is becoming big these days, it is very necessary.

  Hey there! :)

  You cannot add plugins to blogs hosted on wordpress.com. The plugins at wordpress.org are only for blogs that are self-hosted using the software downloaded from wordpress.org.

  http://vitalveda.com.au/ is hosted by WordPress.COM. You cannot use the MailChimp embed code and cannot create a pop-up on a wordpress.COM hosted blog. You can create a sign up page on MailChimp only.
