  How can I add a collage to my post? I have done it before but cannot seem to find an option to do it now. Please advise!

  Do you have a ready collage you’d like to upload? If so, you can use an Image Block: https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/image-block/

  If you would like to create a collage directly on your site, you can try the Tiled Gallery Block:
