  I have three columns in twenty-eight thirteen; how can I add another column to the theme in css customization? Is this even possible? Thanks

  This is not something that can be done through CSS. CSS is a styling document the browsers use to style and place the elements of a web page. It cannot be used to add functionality.

  To add a column would require editing of the underlying PHP script theme files, and we cannot do that here at wordpress.com.
