add comment is showing in tag list

on my blog page (judithcallison.com) the add comment option is included in the tags list. it is okay on the other pages. Why? how do I fix?

If I understand correctly, you’re referring to the “Leave a Comment” text that appears under the post as shown here:
Is that correct? If so, that’s the intended appearance. That area is referred to as the post meta and will include tags, date published, and “Leave a Comment”.

No, that is correct, I just thought it strange because on my main page (Whats new) and in my other blog (red road diaries) it shows as like a widget with a box to enter the comment.

Thanks for clarifying! The “Leave a Comment” text will appear at the bottom of a post on archive pages (with multiple posts) like your blog page. However, when you click onto an individual page or post, you’ll see the comment box. For example, here you’ll see the comment box:
