add comment number in HTML box widget

  Hi All!

  Today I put a widget HTMLText Box in SideBar (main page).
  I call it ‘Must Read’ and add 3 link to 3 posts.
  I wanted to know if there is any way to put next to each link the relevant number of comment?

  example:
  [post link] [comment_num]
  post link 1, 4
  post link 2, 8
  post link 3, 2

  There’s no way for any text widget to autoupdate. You have to enter that data into it yourself and update it manually.

  by saying ‘text widget’ – do you mean also to – post text editor?
