Add Comments to page using tool bar

  On a page, I want to add a Comments box. I clicked the Add Comments button on the Page tool bar, and it did add a box at the bottom of my text (in HTML when editing). But, the box is automatically filled in with my name, email and website. Shouldn’t it be a blank form so my visitors can put in their information?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
