add contact menu–NOT into a post

  If I add a contact ‘form’ it goes into a post, but I want one as a separate menu button. I cannot figure this out. Help. Diane Davies

  Instead of adding it to a post, try adding it to a page, then add that page to your menu bar via Appearance -> Menus in your Dashboard: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
