Add Contact to menu

  How do I create a top menu choice of “Contact” which, when clicked, will allow people to complete an online form to contact me? I have looked through all the widgets, menu items and custom menu items and don’t see a way to do this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You create a page in Pages > Add New and add the contact form to it.
