Add 'contact vendor' button on woocommerce single product page

Hello,
At the moment I am busy building a shopping community website where users are able to swap clothes with each other (I am using Woocommerce plugin together with Buddypress).
For this, users need to register and upload photos of items they want to get rid off. Other users can then place a bid if they want this certain item provided by other users. For this purpose I need a button on the product page to go to a form where user can upload their products, which then will be sent to the seller as a proposed bid. But I also want to include in the form a field where the bidder can also can put a $ value, in case they want to pay instead of exchanging.
After the seller or vendor has received this ‘proposal’ he can either accept, decline or propose something else as a reply to the bidder.Summarize:
– Add button (send vendor / seller an email) to product page
– Create form with name, email (this should be automatically generated, since only users that are logged can bid), price field (as optional) and a upload items button (also optional).
– Send form to vendor or seller with a reply button to either accept, decline or propose.Can any of you please help me with this?

Woo Commerce can be run on self hosted WordPress.ORG installs only. You cannot run woo commerce on any WordPress.COM hosted blog and the latter are the only blog we support here.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums.
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
