Add custom content on posts page

  I want to add custom text on individual posts page.
  How do I do that?
  For example, in the URL, I see p=117 as a post ID. I want to edit this page and add my own content below the post. This applies for all the posts.
  Please help me with that. There is no posts.php page. I am using forefront theme.
