add custom form to post but did not appear

  i have create a post : e-mail us and would like to add contact form to it.
  i did some adjustment (changing website to “sucject” and text, then add contact form to post
  but when i published the post, it was nothing and only the title appear.
  please help or maybe you have a better suggestion

  The only kind of from we can use on wordpress.com blogs without having the software strip out the code is provided by wordpress.com. The instructions for customization are found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  I have visited your blog and the “email us” form is visible to me and usable. These are the fields I see:
  Name
  Email
  Subject
  Comment

  If you log out of wordpress.com you will see what your visitors see and what I can see. If you cannot see it then you have a browser issue. Try changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies – instructions for specific browsers.

  If that does not work for you then we need to know which browser and version of it your are using.
