Add Digg, delicious etc?

  Ok so my blog is hosted on wordpress its not a private owned one, is there a way to add digg links and delcious so people can digg my posts etc? I can’t use plugins as my blog is on wordpress like I said.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
