Add Disqus for commenting and moderation

  I’ve seen Disqus used on many blogs. It appears to be pretty robust. Perhaps, it could be added to WordPress.com users?

  this is just to let you know that there is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  FTP access and plugins are only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.
