add Disqus plugin

  I was looking to install Disqus on my blog and I learned that it is not availabe? I do not have the Plugins Menu in my Dashboard either, I am very confused.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot use the Disqus plugin on a WordPress.COM hosted blog. It is for WordPress.ORG installs only. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. Read the differences here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
