  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  the3principles.com has already been mapped, so you don’t need a zone record.

  To clarify, I noticed that you haven’t changed your nameservers to ours yet.

  Since the domain is mapped, you already have a zone record here. You just need to change the nameservers now.
