  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  Hi there, are you trying to add a zone record for windows430.com? The problem is not that the zone record does not exist, it is that the web address is not registered: http://whois.domaintools.com/windows430.com

  You currently have a Site Redirect for windows430.com. Would you like to use that domain name instead of new4youblog.wordpress.com? Then, you should delete the Site Redirect under Store > Domains: https://new4youblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  and purchase a new domain name registration instead.
