Add DNS record for 1500sqft.com
-
I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain 1500sqft.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy,
I’ve added the zone file for you. Please let us know if you need anything else and hope you had a great weekend.

Thanks for doing that so quickly!
There actually is something more I could use, though. For whatever reason (I imagine the same reason I couldn’t create my own zone file), it doesn’t give me the option to make any custom dns entries; it just says “N/A” under Email/DNS. I need to setup my google apps MX records to get email going again. The domain is already verified, so I just need the following:
MX 5 alt1.aspmx.l.google.com.
MX 5 alt2.aspmx.l.google.com.
MX 1 aspmx.l.google.com.
MX 10 aspmx2.googlemail.com.
MX 10 aspmx3.googlemail.com.Thanks!

Hey Jason,
You currently have the Site Redirect upgrade on the account, which is a simple forwarder from 1500sqft.wordpress.com to 1500sqft.com hosted somewhere else (and why the Edit DNS option isn’t available).
Are you going to transfer your site to WordPress.com? If so, I can help change it to domain mapping (where visitors going to 1500sqft.com will see the website hosted by WordPress.com).
If not, these DNS records would be better placed with your DNS provider, which is usually either your domain registrar where you purchased the domain or with your hosting company.
Please let me know and I’m happy to help finish this out!

Brandon,
You nailed, transfering back into wp.com is exactly what I’m doing. I’ve already got all of my content imported (although I need to go through and fix my media attachments). I guess I was just hoping for it to “automagically” go from a forwarder to a domain mapping. That was silly! If you can make the change, I would be as pleased as punch.

Sure thing. I’ve changed it over for you. Since they’re both the same price and relatively equivalent upgrades, you’re set with domain mapping until the original expiration date (January 20, 2014).
I added the Gmail records as well, so should be all set to go there too. DNS changes can take a few hours to be effective, since records are cached on servers globally.
If you have any questions or need anything else, please let me know!
