Add DNS record for bilradgivning.se

  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for my domain bilradgivning.se (Swedish domain name, which I own) but it asked me to contact support. I´ve changed my registrars domain name servers accordingly to WordPress´ instructions (yesterday): “ns1.wordpress.com”, ns2, ns3, but no success.

  I´ve bought the service “Add a domain” in the WP store (yesterday), so I just need the DNS problem solved. When I try to add bilradgivning.se to WP´s zone record, it just says it cant add the record. What´s the problem?

  Any ideas?

  Hi there, sorry for our delayed response. I see your domain as successfully mapped and a zone record existing. Are you still experiencing any issues?

  You can complete the mapping process by visiting Store > Domains and setting your custom domain as primary, then saving the changes.

  Hi, Jenia. It works fine now. I discovered that I had to erase all my cookies in Firefox, and then it worked as it should. Problem solved.
