  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain blog.roomscapeu.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There’s no need to change name server records but you’ll need to add a CNAME record to your domain.

  You can find more information on how to do this at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/#instructions-for-mapping-subdomains . In your case you only need to follow step 1.
