I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain cloudbuilder.co.za but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’ve verified that there is now a Zone Record set up for cloudbuilder.co.za. Keep in mind that this is a DNS change, and like any DNS change it is subject to a propagation period of between 1 and 72 hours before it is visible to all corners of the Internet. By the end of that period, you should be able to set your DNS however you’d like!

It doesn’t appear to be working. Is there something in the DNS entries that I haven’t done correctly?
-
No, the zone record has been created correctly. Like I said, it can take up to 72 hours for DNS propagation to occur, especially for country-code TLDs, so it may take a while before your registry sees that the zone file has been correctly created.

The zone record appears fine:

Should I remove the SOA record from my existing DNS provider?

The dig which I had done earlier was not returning the results which you provided. Instead it was returning the default nameservers for your domain registrar.
Now, when I visit your site, it’s finally resolving your WordPress.com site zacloudbuilder.wordpress.com. Looks like things are working great now!

I forced the issue by duplicating the A records on wordpress’ name servers. I have no idea whether all the records have properly propogated, but this is a good enough workaround for now.
