Add DNS record for feriemedmere.dk

I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain feriemedmere.dk but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?
My domain hoster DK-Hostmaster/Dandomain tells me, that I need an alternative way to point at my domain? Perhaps by an IP adress (A-record)? But I have red elsewhere that it might be fixed by adding a zone record? Is that correct, an can you please help me?

Hi there – Your domain has a zone record on our system. Rather than using an A record, we recommend mapping here by updating the name servers, as described here:

My hoster tells me, that it isn’t possible updating name servers from .dk domains – it is a restriction made by the hoster DK-Hostmaster.
Is there any alternative way – by e.g. an IP-address (A-record) or in other ways? -
If your registrar requires that you create A records, please note that our IPs change over time. Because of this, your domain might stop working at some point in the future. If that happens, please get in touch with us to find out the most current IPs and then update your A records accordingly.
If you still want to go ahead and map your domain using A records, please be sure to create at least two, pointing to two different IPs from the list below:
