Add DNS record for icompanion.co.nz

  Hi,

  I’ve tried changing the Name Server details as recommended, done. But I’m still having difficulty with the setup.

  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain icompanion.co.nz but it asked me to contact support. Could you please please assist.

  It looks like you have now canceled the Domain Mapping Upgrade for this site. Did you still want this domain for your blog?

  Hi,

  Yes I was wanting to domain map icompanion.co.nz which is held with our New Zealand registrar ‘Freeparking.co.nz’, but I appear to be having difficulty, hence the cancelled upgrade.

  I didn’t realise I would run into any issues that has now resulted in my inability to access the site. If you could point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

  Hi there,

  To map your domain to your WordPress.com site you need to do two things. First, you need to update the nameservers for icompanion.co.nz to point to the WordPress.com nameservers:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you don’t know how to do this you should contact your registrar.

  After you update the nameservers you can purchase the Domain Mapping Upgrade for your site. It can take up to 72 hours for the new domain to start working after you set up the mapping.
